At Coalfire, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange after this period.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Certain items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and downloadable software.

Non-Returnable Items

Additionally, we do not accept returns for gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns
